We sell your data? No. We never have.

PracticeFloat provides working capital to independent medical, dental, stem cell, longevity, and specialty healthcare practices. To do that well, we handle sensitive business information — and we hold ourselves to the standard our clients hold themselves to.

This Privacy Policy describes how PracticeFloat (“PracticeFloat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit practicefloat.com, submit an application, or otherwise interact with us. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

01 · Who we are

Who we are

PracticeFloat is a private credit firm that provides revenue-based working capital advances to independently owned healthcare practices across the United States. We are the controller responsible for the information we collect through our website and application process.

This policy covers information we handle in connection with our commercial financing services. It does not govern the independent privacy practices of the third parties we work with, each of which maintains its own policies.

02 · What we collect

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to evaluate an application, deliver capital, and operate our business. That falls into three categories.

Information you give us

  • Contact & identity details — your name, business name, role, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • Practice & application details — specialty, time in business, ownership structure, monthly revenue, requested funding amount, and how you intend to use capital.
  • Financial documentation — business bank statements (typically the most recent three months), and other financial records you provide to support underwriting.
  • Communications — the content of emails, messages, and calls you exchange with our team.

Information we collect automatically

  • Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, and timestamps.
  • Cookies & analytics — data gathered through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel. See Section 05.

Information from third parties

  • Verification & underwriting sources — business and credit information from reporting agencies and data providers used to verify identity and assess an application.
  • Referral partners — information passed to us when a broker, advisor, or partner refers your practice.
What we do not collect

PracticeFloat serves businesses, not consumers. We do not knowingly collect patient health records, protected health information (PHI), or personal consumer credit data. Please do not send us patient information.

  • Market responsibly — to send relevant offers and updates, which you can opt out of at any time.
  • Comply and protect — to meet legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.

We do not use your financial documentation for any purpose other than evaluating, delivering, and servicing the capital you requested.
